pickplay.bet is a free sports prediction game for friend groups. We are not a gambling operator and no real money is involved at any point. The service is operated by the pickplay.bet team. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@pickplay.bet.

We collect only what is necessary to run the game:

• Account data: Your email address and display name, provided when you sign up.

• Game activity: The 1X2 predictions you submit, any Banker flags, Battle challenges and outcomes, and your points balance.

• Circle membership: Which circles (private groups) you belong to and your role within them.

• Usage data: Aggregated, anonymous page-view metrics collected by Vercel Analytics. No personal identifiers, no cookies, no cross-site tracking.

We do not collect payment information, credit card numbers, ID documents, or any financial data — ever.

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate you and keep your session secure.

• Display your predictions, points, and rank on the leaderboard within your circle.

• Resolve Battle outcomes and credit or deduct points accordingly.

• Show your pick history and statistics on your profile.

• Send transactional emails (e.g., password reset). We do not send marketing emails.

• Understand how the app is used in aggregate so we can improve it.

We use the following third-party infrastructure providers:

We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not use advertising networks.

We use a single, strictly necessary session cookie set by Supabase to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Vercel Analytics operates without cookies by using privacy-preserving techniques to measure page views. No cookie consent banner is required for analytics.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you would like your account and all associated data deleted, email us at hello@pickplay.bet and we will process the request within 30 days.

Note: deleting your account will permanently remove your predictions, points, battle history, and circle memberships. This action cannot be undone.

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.

• Correct inaccurate data (you can update your display name directly in the app).

• Request deletion of your account and data.

• Object to or restrict how we process your data.

• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

pickplay.bet is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has registered, please contact us and we will delete their account promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of pickplay.bet after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
